Print your calendar - Google Calendar Help (2023)

1. On the left, under "My calendars" or "Other calendars," click the name of the calendars you want to hide. They’re hidden if the square next to a calendar is outlined.
2. To print, follow the steps at the top of this page.

Tip: To unhide a calendar, click it.

Only some days fit on a page. To make your calendar fit better:

Change to Landscape or Portrait mode

1. At the top right, click Settings Print.
2. On the "Print preview" page, click Orientation dropdown .
3. Click Landscape or Portrait.
4. Click Print.

Hide weekends

1. At the top right, click Settings Print.
2. Under "View options," deselect Show weekends.
3. Click Print.

Change the font size

1. At the top right, click Settings Print.
2. On the "Print preview" page, make the font smaller or bigger.
3. Click Print.

Tip: If you change the font size, it won't change the number of days on a page. It may make your calendar easier to read.

1. Follow the steps to print your calendar.
2. In the final window with print options, under "Destination," click Change.
3. Under "Print destinations," click Save as PDF.
4. Click Save.

Tip: To find your calendar PDF check your computer’s downloads.

1. In the upper right, click Settings Print.
2. Under “Color and style,” click Full color.
3. Click Print.

Tip: If “Full color” is selected, RSVPs appear as:

• Did not respond: transparent box
• No: transparent box with crossed-out circle
• Yes: full color box
• Maybe: full color with a question mark
