Get to Caligula's Casino

To provide the team access to Caligula's restricted areas, CJ will need to steal a keycard from one of the casino's croupiers. After the cutscene is over, grab a car and head to Caligula's Palace. Stop in the red marker, and a croupier named Millie Perkins will walk out to her car after a shift. She has a keycard, so CJ needs to follow her and retrieve it.
Follow Millie
A Spook-o-Meter will be shown on the top right of your screen. Follow Millie in your car but keep your distance so the bar doesn't rise. Eventually, Millie will make a stop at a sex shop. Get out of the car and enter the shop.
Once you're in, walk to the back left of the shop and stand in the red marker to trigger the next cutscene. Millie will come out of the changing room and get a call before leaving the shop. Head into the changing room and put on the gimp suit, then leave the shop.
Millie will get back into her car and start heading home. Your vehicle might have disappeared, so grab another one and follow her. Again, keep your distance until you reach her house, and drive the car into the red marker.
Wait For the Gimp to Arrive
Millie will head into her house and wait for the gimp. You'll have to stop the gimp from making it into the house, but he's very discreet. You won't be given a blip on your map. The gimp will arrive shirtless and carrying a dildo. Once you see him, kill him and enter Millie's house.
- An easy way to stop the gimp from entering the house is to park your car in front of the door.
- The gimp will try to go around it but have no way of entering the house.
After entering Millie's house, a cutscene will play and the mission will be complete, but you won't have the keycard.
How to Easily Get Millie's Keycard
Millie is now your girlfriend, and she'll have to be taken out on dates until you build a good enough relationship for her to give you the keycard. This can take some time, but if you want to keep her as a girlfriend, here's what you need to know:

- Dates can only be done from 12:00-22:00.
- The easiest way to build your relationship with Millie is to drive around her area. You can just circle around the block over and over again.
- Once you reach about 35%, Millie will let CJ go to her house and pick up the keycard.
HOWEVER!
If you want to speed things up, you can just kill her. Yup, you read that right. Pick her up from her house to trigger a date and kill her. You'll then get a call from Woozie asking why it's taking so long to get the keycard. CJ will explain that Millie died due to an "unfortunate accident." Then head back to Millie's house and grab the keycard. It'll be floating in her sex dungeon upon entering her house.
And with that, the mission will officially be complete.
